...a little summer inspiration

I cannot believe it is already August!! Where does the time go?

It seems like it has been so long since I've had a chance to get crafty. Thanks to the recent purchase of the movie "Rio", yesterday I had not only one, but close to two hours of inky fun time!! I needed to come up with a few cards to use for an upcoming Copic workshop and was totally feeling inspired by the beautiful summer weather. All supplies are from A Muse Studio.

Here is what I came up with...

I just love this whale image...so much fun to color!

Only 10 Days to go until On the Road in Nashua!!

Thanks for stopping by!

Yes, I am still here!

Sorry it has been so long since I have posted anything to my blog! I cannot believe the entire summer has passed since my last post, or my last class. It has been a warm and wonderful summer for myself and my family and we enjoyed every last bit of it. Although I was grateful to have no scheduled classes at Stamping Memories over the summer due to my crazy schedule, I did miss the creativity. Autum is close upon us and it is my favorite season of all. The brilliant colors really inspire me to be creative and begin new projects, gear up for the holidays and catch up on my scrapbooking. So that is why I am back! I will be teaching two classes in September and hope to see you then. Happy Stamping!

Crazy for Copics

As you may already know, I love my Copic markers. They are a bit of a challenge and do take some getting used to along with alot of practice but the results are well worth the effort. I thought I would share a card from my last Copic class ~ enjoy!

Happy Fall!

I cannot believe that it is already October! Fall is here and it will soon be time for one of my favorite holidays, Halloween! Things have been a little upside down in our household with school beginning, work, classes and all the other crazy things life has thrown at us lately. I am so ready to get back into a creative groove.

I have some great classes coming up this month at Stamping Memories and they are already filling up, yeah! I am busy planning my classes for the upcoming months and soon the paper will fly. There are so many great new holiday stamps that it is hard for me to decide what I want to use, I want it all! There will definately be another Copic class and a Holiday Card Factory class, where we will really get into the holiday spirit and make 20 cards! More details to come soon.

For now, I will share these really cute cards from my last Copic class. I just love Stamping Bella and my Copics. Everyone who took the class did a great job and really loved the stamps. I hope you like them too. Remember, when it comes to Copics...practice, practice, practice!
